Tamara Dorn, M.Ed.
Registered Psychologist (Alberta)

Tamara was registered as a psychologist in 2000, and has worked in private practice with Dorn Psychological Consultants since 2004. She is on staff with a school district and provides contract work for other school districts in the region. She has an extensive background in psychological assessment and specializes in the identification of giftedness, learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety/depression, and a variety of behavior problems. She can also provide assessments required as a part of medical referrals (e.g. for specialized clinics regarding autism, FASD). She has worked with a broad range of clients, from preschool-aged children to young adults in college and university. Tamara's parenting and school-based experiences have helped her understand the importance of promoting students' strengths and supporting them in areas of need. Tamara also has training and experience as a counselling psychologist.

Chris Dorn, M.Ed.
Registered Psychologist (Alberta)

Chris brings a mature and calm perspective to his work in psychoeducational assessment. Having had experience with his own children in the homeschooling domain, he appreciates the diversity of challenges that parents may face as co-educators with their children. Chris is attentive to how children adapt to learning challenges and enjoys discovering and supporting the uniqueness of each child and their family.
