Tamara registered as a psychologist in 2000, and has worked in private practice with Dorn Psychological Consultants since 2004. She is also on staff with a school division and provides contract work for other school divisions in the region. She has an extensive background in psychological assessment and specializes in the identification of giftedness, learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety/depression, as well as a variety of other neurodiversities. She has worked with a broad range of clients, from preschool-aged children to young adults in college and university. Tamara's parenting and school-based experiences have helped her understand the importance of promoting students' strengths and supporting them in areas of need. Tamara also has training and experience as a counselling psychologist.
